The truth is, many employers who see a young adult walk into the interview room and then declare that they have a childhood chronic condition are often struck off the list before they can even be given a chance. The myth that a person with a chronic condition is less able than one without needs to change. And we are here to do that.

Project Dreamcatchers explores the triumphs and tribulations of youths with chronic illnesses who are living courageously despite the odds they face. “Metamorphosis” teaches us that every part of life is transient, transitional and transformative. It is this constant evolution that gives meaning and purpose to our existence. The exhibition presents artworks created in collaboration with homegrown artists, emboldening one another to see the world afresh with open minds.
